Trust Mark

We are also registered with Trust Mark which is a scheme supported by Government, the building trade and consumer groups such as N.A.P.I.T. to help you find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople to work in your home.

As part of our membership to Trust Mark we are checked and monitored by  N.A.P.I.T. and have to comply with their codes of conduct and complaints procedures.

We are checked and monitored for:

• Technical skills, trading record and financial position.
• Signed up to a Code of Practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care.
• We will inform you of any Building Regulations that you must comply with to enable us to issue the certificates that you need.
• A friendly complaints procedure.
• Insurance backed warranty.
